SPCA Mutt Strut and Runway Race!

If you were flying in Saturday morning at Bush Intercontiental Airport, you might have noticed something a little peculiar as you were docking into your terminal.  The Houston SPCA was hosting their annual mutt strut on the runway!  You can be the judge on how the turn out was, the place was packed and man did we have a blast while we were there!  Just check out some of these pictures that Noah H. Photography took that morning!

Look at how many people were there! It was fantastic to see so many people who were there for such a great cause.  Every booth including yours truly was surrounded by people and pets.
(Our booth was the white tent on the back row!)
Here's a close up of our booth, thats our manager Brandy getting set up for the big day!  Everyone just loved the prize wheel!
There was some pretty well know character's that showed up for this event.  Can you spot the super hero?
Not only were there remarkable people but check out some of these pic's!  We saw all shape and sizes!

Why, is that Don King's twin?!?!!

AND THERE OFF!!!!

Is that a bird.....no its a plane.....no that thing in front of the plane..Oh its Super Man!!!

Best Friends Makes a Donation to Local Animal Shelters

SANTA VISITS LOCAL ANIMAL SHELTERS!

Each year Best Friends in Houston sets up an "Angel Tree" in our center, where we collect cash donations and other supplies for homeless dogs and cats in our community.  This year we collected supplies for the Houston Humane Society and the Houston SPCA

Thanks to our very generous customers, our Angel Tree Program turned out to be a great success!  Last Friday we were able to deliver two large bags full of goodies to the two animal shelters.

Still want to donate? It's never to late!  Give us a call or stop by our center anytime; we are happy to help!
